Greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. The venue was located just off nature, and the river with very nice touches. The queen room was tastefully decorated and had all that we needed. The location of the hotel was stunning, in the middle of jackson. Also, a Forane church was just a short distance away.

The garden view from the hotel was serene.

Unfortunately, our experience was tainted by numerous service issues. We encountered difficulty getting timely responses from the manager. The shower drain in our room was blocked. To top it off, the breakfast and dinner service was unsatisfactory, often requiring advance notice that was frequently forgotten.

Such a unique and charming place! The private boat tour lasted three hours and was amazing. Our room, the Double Room with Patio, had beautiful decor and a small pool with gorgeous views of the river. Enjoyed a romantic candlelight dinner arranged by the staff. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with options freshly prepared. Communication was sometimes tricky. The manager often required advance notice for meal orders, and we faced issues with forgotten requests. The shower drain in our room was blocked, causing flooding during use. The setting is perfect for relaxation but needs better service organization.

Drinking 'Toddy' with David's family was a holiday highlight! The location by the river is perfect for birdwatching and the jacuzzi was such a treat. The owner's wife cooked us excellent meals, and we enjoyed a personal boat tour just before sunset.

The decor in our Beautiful Double Room with Pool Access impressed my family, offering both elegance and comfort. We enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool with a relaxing escape during the heat. David, our host, was extraordinarily accommodating, helping us with personalized recommendations for local activities. The garden view from the hotel added a serene touch to our stay and made meals enjoyable.
